材料:

- 雞件 1/2隻

- 雲耳 7-8塊

- 臘腸 2條

- 薑絲 適量 

雞件醃料: 

- 老抽 適量

- 生抽 1/2湯匙 

- 蠔油 1湯匙 

- 砂糖 1茶匙

- 生粉 1茶匙

- 油 1/2茶匙

Ingredients:

- some dark soy sauce

- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 tsp sugar

- 1 tsp cornstarch

- 1/2 tsp oil

Mga sangkap:

 

- ilang maitim na toyo

 

- 1/2 kutsarang toyo

 

- 1 tsp asukal

 

- 1 tsp gawgaw

 

- 1/2 tsp mantika

Bahan-bahan:

 

- beberapa kecap hitam

 

- 1/2 sdm kecap

 

- 1 sdt gula

 

- 1 sdt tepung maizena

 

- 1/2 sdt minyak

✦ 雞件與醃料拌勻,然後加入生粉撈勻,下油撈勻醃10分鐘

✦ 臘腸切片

✦ 將雲耳及雞肉撈勻放碟中, 插進臘腸片

✦ 水滾後把雞放進, 蓋上蓋大火蒸10分鐘至熟透; 最後灑上蔥花便完成

Steps:

✦ Slice Chinese sausage

✦ Add soy sauce, dark soysauce salt, cornstarch

✦Mix chicken well with marinade for 10 minutes

✦ Add Chinese sausage and cloud ear

✦ Steam for 10 minutes at high heat.

Mga hakbang:

✦ Hiwain ang Chinese sausage

✦ Magdagdag ng toyo, dark soysauce salt, cornstarch

✦Paghaluing mabuti ang manok na may marinade sa loob ng 10 minuto

✦ Magdagdag ng Chinese sausage at cloud ear

✦ I-steam ng 10 minuto sa mataas na init.

Langkah:

 

✦ Iris sosis Cina

 

✦ Tambahkan kecap asin, garam kecap hitam, tepung maizena

 

✦Campur ayam dengan marinade selama 10 menit

 

✦ Tambahkan sosis Cina dan telinga awan

 

✦ Kukus selama 10 menit dengan api besar.
