步驟:
1. 浸發蝦米,瑤柱和冬菇。
2. 將蝦,瑤柱和冬菇切粒
3. 預先把瘦肉和蝦用鹽、胡椒粉醃10分鐘
4. 用末端的冬瓜,切去少許尾部,令冬瓜可以站立
5. 拿出瓜籽及瓜肉,於冬瓜盅內剩餘1”厚,確保不會刮得太深
6. 把冬瓜肉切粒
7. 將冬瓜盅放在碗內,再放在蒸架上,蒸15-20分鐘
8. 把冬瓜,冬菇,蝦米,瑤柱混合
9. 將肉碎加入混合材料再加入水搞拌
10. 將所有材料放進冬瓜盅
11. 中火蒸大約15分鐘
12. 最後加入蝦仁至熟透,即成
Step:

4. Use salt and pepper to marinate the meat and shirmps for 10 minutes
5. Cut off the tip of the winter melon, it can be able to stand
6. Seed the melon. take out the flesh and leave about 1" thick of the flesh
7. Cut them into cubes
8. Place the winter melon in a bowl and stream for around 15 minutes
9. Mix the winter melon, mushroom, fried shrimps and dried scalop
8. Mix it with the meat and water
9. Put all ingredients into winter melon
10. Steam for around 15 minutes
11. Add shrimps and steam until cooked
12. Finally put the winter melon to cook
Step:
- Ibabad sa tubig ang dried shrimp, scallop at mushroom
- Hiwain ang shrimps, dried scallop at straw mushroom ng parisukat. Himayin ang scallops..
- Gumamit ng asin at pepper para imarinade and karne at hipon ng 10 minuto
- Gamitin ang huling parte ng winter melon, hiwain ang dulo para makatayo ito.
- Alisin ang laman nito at mag iwan nang 1" na kapal ng laman
- Hatiin ito ng pa cubes.
- Ilagay ang wintermelon sa bowl at steam ito nang 15 minuto
- Paghaluin ang winter melon, dried shrimps at dried scallop.
- Ihalo din ito sa karne at tubig.
- Ilagay lahat ang rekado sa winter melon.
- Steam around 15 minuto
- Finally ilagay ang hipon sa winter melon gang maluto.
Cara membuat :
- Rendam ebi,kerang kering dan jamur.
- Potong kecil ebi,kerang kering dan jamur
- Bumbui daging tanpa lemak dan udang dengan garam dan merica.biarkan selama 10 menit
- Menggunakan labu,di ujungnya potong sedikit ekornya agar labu bisa berdiri
- Keluarkan biji labu dan sedikit dagingnya,dan biarkan bagian tengah labu ada lubang
- Potong daging labu menjadi kubus,sisihkan
- Taruh labu diatas piring, lalu masukkan dalam panci atau wajan untuk mengukus, dan kukus selama 15menit
- Campurkan potongan labu, jamur,ebi dan kerang kering.
- Tambahkan daging cincang ke bahan campuran bahan lalu tambahkan air untuk diaduk
- Masukkan semua bahan ke dalam mangkuk labu
- Kukus dengan api sedang selama kurang lebih 15 menit
- Terakhir masukkan udang sampai matang,tambahkan garam dan sajikan
