Snow Fungus and pear sweet soup
Kuah manis buah pir,Jamur Salju,kelopak bunga lili kering

材料: 雪梨 2個
  雪耳 1-2個
  百合 1/2-1個
  冰糖 3-5小塊

Ingredients:

2 Peer 

1-2 Snow fungus 

1/2-1 Lily 

 

3-5 small pieces of rock candy

ingredient:
pear 2piraso
snow fungus 1-2piraso
lily 1/2-1pirasi
sugar candy 3-5 piraso

做法:

1. 浸泡雪耳,30分鐘至變軟。剪去較硬部份,將雪耳掰開一塊塊,浸泡備用。

2.洗淨雪梨,去芯及切塊。

3.百合逐瓣撕開,洗淨。

4.水滾後,把雪梨和雪耳一起放進煲內。待煮沸後轉以中火煮45分鐘。(需要時常留意火候,避免糖水溢出。)

5.放入百合和冰糖,煮10分鐘至糖溶即可。

Step: 

1. Soak the snow fungus for more than 30mins to soften, then cut the hard parts

2. Wash the pear well then slice

3. Separate the lily and wash

4. After you boil the water, mix the pear and snow fungus then boil, after 45mins then reduce the heat (need to be alert because it overflows while boiling)

5. Mix the lily and the sugar, boil it for about 5-10mins

magsanay:

1. ibabad ang snow fungus mahigit 30mins upang lumambot,saka gugupitin yung matitigas na bahagi

2. hugasan mabuti ang pear saka hihiwain

3. paghiwahiwalayin ang lily at hugasan

4. pag katapos mo pakuluan ang tubig ihalo ang pear at snow fungus saka pakuluan, after 45mins saka hihinaan ang apoy (need to be alert kasi umaapaw to habang pinapakuluan)

5. ihahalo ang lily at yung asukal ,pakuluan ito ng mga 5-10mins

 

  1. Rendam jamur salju selama 30 menit sampai lunak. Potong bagian yang lebih keras,belah jamur salju menjadi beberapa bagian.
  2. Cuci buah pir, buang isinya dan potong-potong.
  3. Sobek kelopak bunga lili dan cuci bersih.
  4. Setelah air mendidih, masukkan buah pir dan jamur salju ke dalam panci bersama-sama. Nyalakan api sedang dan masak selama 45 menit setelah mendidih.
  5. Tambahkan kelopak bunga lili dan gula batu, masak selama 5-10 menit sampai gula larut.
