材料:

豬手600G Pork knuckle 600G
罐頭炆花生1罐 Canned peanuts 1 can
乾蔥3粒 Shallots 3 pcs
蒜頭3粒 Garlic 3 pcs
薑8片 Ginger 8 slices
蔥 適量 Chopped green onion moderate

調味 Seasoning
南乳加1磚 Fermented bean curd sauce 1 pc
冰糖1粒 Rock Sugar 1 pc
生抽1湯匙 Light soy sauce 1 tbsp
老抽1湯匙 Dark soy sauce 1 tbsp
蠔油1湯匙 Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
酒1湯匙 Cooking wine 1 tbsp

Ingredients:
Pork knuckle 600G

Shallots 3 pcs
Garlic 3 pcs
Ginger 8 slices
Chopped green onion moderate

Seasoning:
Fermented bean curd sauce 1 pc
Rock Sugar 1 pc
Light soy sauce 1 tbsp
Dark soy sauce 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Cooking wine 1 tbsp

Ingredients:

Bahan:

Kaki babi 600g
Kacang kalengan 1 kaleng
Bawang merah kering 3 pcs
Bawang putih 3 buah
Jahe 8 iris
Daun bawang secukupnya

Saus:
Fermented bean curd sauce (tahu permentasi) 1 buah
Gula Batu 1 butir
kecap asin 1 sdm
Kecap hitam 1 sdm
Saus tiram 1 sdm
Arak masak 1 sdm

做法:

  1. 豬手出水3分鐘,用凍水沖洗乾淨並將豬毛拔乾淨
  1. 用1湯匙油起鑊,先爆香薑,乾蔥及蒜頭
  2. 加入豬手爆香
  3. 再加入南乳炒勻
  4. 再讚酒炒勻
  5. 加入蓋面水, 滾起再加入調味
  6. 轉小火炆1小時, 直到豬腳淋身, 最後加入花生再煮一陣即可,中途炒一炒豬手及留意有沒有乾水

1. Blanch the pork knuckle for 3 minutes, rinse with cold water and pull out the pig's hair

2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok, saute ginger, shallots and garlic

3. Add pork knuckle and saute 

4. Add in the fermented bean curd sauce and stir well

5. Add cooking wine and stir well

6. Add water, bring to a boil and add seasoning

7. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour until the pork knuckle are mushy. Finally, add peanuts and cook for a while. Fry the pork knuckle and check if any water needs to be added

Steps:

  1. idrain ang pata ng baboy ng 3 minuto, buhusan ng malamig na tubig at tanggalan ng balahibo.
  2. painitin ang 1 tbsp na oil sa kawali, igisa ang ginger, shallots at garlic.
  3. ilagay ang pata ng baboy at ituloy ang paggisa.
  4. ilagay ang fermented bean curd sauce and haluin maigi.
  5. ilagay ang wine at haluin maigi.
  6. ilagay na ang tubig, hintayin kumulo at ilagay na ang seasoning.
  7. Takpan at pag kumukulo na ,hinaan ang apoy at hayaan lang kumulo sa loob ng isang oras hanggang sa lumambot ang pata ng baboy. ilagay na ang peanuts at hintayin maluto ito. ( icheck dn kung may tubig pa pag pinrito ang pata ng baboy )

langkah:

  1. Rebus kaki babi selama 3 menit, bilas dengan air dingin dan tiriskan
  2. Potong daun bawang, iris jahe dan potong setengah dari bawang merah kering
  3. Panaskan 1 sdm minyak dalam wajan, tumis jahe, bawang merah dan bawang putih
  4. Tambahkan kaki babi dan tumis
  5. Tambahkan fermented bean curd sauce dan Arak masak aduk rata
  6. Tambahkan air, didihkan dan tambahkan bumbu
  7. Tutup tutupnya dan didihkan airnya. lalu nyalakan api kecil dan didihkan selama 1 jam sampai kaki babinya empuk
  8. Terakhir masukkan kacang tanah dan masak sebentar.
