材料:

芒果 2個
奶 3盒
水 200ml
椰漿 3盒
魚膠粉 80g

INGREDIENTS

Water 200ml
Coconut milk 3pcs
Gelatin 80g

3pcs milk
200 ml water
3pcs coconut milk
80g of gelatin

Bahan

mangga 2 buah
Susu 3 bungkus
Air 200ml
santan kelapa 3 bungkus
Gelatin 80g

步驟:

1.先把芒果切粒
2.用200ml室溫水把80g魚膠粉溶解成漿狀
3.倒入魚膠粉漿及椰獎  並攪拌直至完全混合
4.用隔篩把沉澱物隔
5.把芒果放進模具容器
6.把牛奶加至芒果粒中並放置雪櫃大概6小時

1.Dice the mango
2.Dissolve 80g of isinglass powder with 200ml  water
3.Pour in isinglass powder and coconut, then stir until fully mixed
4.Use a sieve to separate out the precipitation
5.Add some mango into container
6.Add milk to mango and refrigerate for about 6 hours

  1. Hiwain ang mangga sa maliit na dice
  2. Tunawin ang 80g na isinglass powder sa 200ml na tubig.
  3. Ilagay ang natunaw na isinglass powder at coconut, at haluin mabuti
  4. Gumamit NG strainer at salain muna ito.
  5. Ilagay aNG mangga sa container na pag lalagyan
  6. Mag lagay NG gatas sa mangga at ilagay sa refrigerator ng anim (6) na oras

langkah

  1. Potong dadu mangga
  2. Larutkan 80g bubuk gelatin dengan 200ml air
  3. Tuang bubuk gelatin dan santan kelapa, lalu aduk hingga tercampur rata
  4. Gunakan saringan untuk memisahkan larutan
  5. Tambahkan mangga ke dalam wadah
  6. Tambahkan susu ke dalam mangga dan dinginkan selama sekitar 6 jam
