材料

糯米 150克 

蝦米(浸軟) 100克

臘腸 1條 

臘肉 半條 

冬菇 3隻 

生抽 2茶匙

老抽 1茶匙

蠔油 1茶匙 

蔥花 適量

Ingredients: Glutinous rice 150 g

Dried shrimp 100 g

Chinese sausage 1 pc

Chinese bacon half slice

Mushroom 3 pcs

Light soy sauce 2 tbspe

Dark soy sauce 1 tbsp

Oyster sauce 1 tbsp

Chopped green onion moderate

Ingredients:

150 gramo glutinous rice
100 gramo dried shrimps
1 pirasong chinese sausage
kalahating chinese dried meat
3 pirasong mushrooms
2 kutsarang light soy sauce
1 kutsarang dark sory sauce
1 kutsarang oyster sauce
chopped green inion

Bahan:

Beras ketan 150 g
udang kering 100 gr
sosis cina(lapjiong) 1 pc
Setengah tali daging kering Cina(lapyuk)
jamur 3 pcs
kecap asin ringan(siyao) 2 sdm
Kecap asin gelap(lojao) 1 sdm
Saus tiram 1 sdm
daun bawang iris secukupnya

做法:

1. 先把糯米, 蝦米, 冬菇浸軟

2. 把冬菇、臘腸、臘肉,蝦米切粒備用

3. 先將臘腸、臘肉汆水約30秒

4. 燒熱油鑊,下蝦米、冬菇粒、臘腸粒、臘肉粒炒香備用

5. 下糯米,分幾次下水炒至半熟

6. 加入冬菇、臘腸、臘肉,蝦米粒

7. 最後加入生抽、老抽、蠔油混合,炒至熟透

6. Add the mushroom, chinese sausage, dried meat and dried shrimp

 

7. Season with light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and oyster sauce till ripe

Steps:

  1. Ibabad ang glutinous rice, dried shrimp at mushroom
  2. Hiwain nang per piraso ang mushroom, chinese sausage, dried meat at dried shrimp
  3. Ibabad ang chinese sausage at dried meat nang 30 segundo
  4. Iprito ang mushroom, chinese sausage ,dried meat at dried shrimp
  5. Iprito ang glutinous rice
  6. Ilagay ang mushroom, chinese sausage, dried meat at dried shrimp
  7. Lagyan ng light soy sauce ,dark soy sauce at oyster sauce

laju:

1. Rendam beras ketan, udang kering, jamur( jamur sebelum di rendam cuci bersih dulu)


2. Rendaman air jamur jangan di buang karena berguna untuk memasak ketan)
potong jamur, sosis cina(lapjiong), daging kering cina (lapyuk) dan udang kering iris kecil kecil

3. Rendam sosis Cina(lapjiong) dan daging kering cina(lapyuk) sekitar 30 detik

4. Goreng jamur, sosis cina(lapjion), daging kering(lapyuk) dan udang kering, sampai keluar bau harum kemudian masukan dalam mangkok

5. Goreng nasi ketan dengan sesekali tambahkan redaman air jamur secara bertahap(jangan tuangkan air dalam jumlah banyak sekali tuang)

6. Tambahkan jamur, sosis cina(lapjiong), daging kering(lapyuk) dan udang kering

7. Bumbui dengan kecap asin(siyao), kecap asin(lojao), dan saus tiram hingga matang terakhir masukkan irisan daun brambang aduk merata
