冬菇蠔豉炆鴨掌

Braised duck feet with dried mushroom and fried oyster

Lettuce Braised Shiitake with goose feet
Kaki angsa rebus dengan jamur dan tiram kering

材料: 冬菇 8隻
  蠔豉 10隻
  鴨掌 6隻
  生菜 1個
  蒜頭 4粒
  4片
  蠔油 4湯匙
  生粉 1湯匙
  1湯匙
  豉油 1茶匙

Ingredients:

Dried mushroom 6 taels

Dried oyster 40g 

Duck feet 6 taels

1 Lettuce

Garlic 4 pcs

Ginger 4 pcs

Oyster sauce 4 tbsp

Cornstarch 1 tbsp

Suger 1 tbsp

Soy sauce 1 teaspoon

Sangkap:
8 pirasong mushroom
10 pirasong dried oyster
6 pirasong duck feet
1 piraso na lettuce
4 piraso na bawang
4 piraso na luya
4 kutsara na oyster sauce
1 kutsara na cornstarch
1 kutsara na asukal
1 kutsarita na soy sauce

Bahan:

jamur 8 buah

tiram kering 10 Potong

kaki bebek 6 potong

Selada 1 buah

bawang putih 4 buah

jahe 4 buah

saus tiram 4 sdm

tepung maizena 1 sdm

gula 1 sdm

kecap asin 1 sendok teh

步驟:

1. 先將生菜,冬菇和鴨掌浸洗備

2.蠔豉沖洗乾淨

3. 將冬菇去蒂洗淨,浸軟15分鐘

4. 下油把蒜頭,薑片爆香

5. 加入鴨掌,冬菇煎香

6. 加入浸泡冬菇水

7. 並蓋上煮大約15分鐘

8. 加入豉油,糖和蠔油混合調味並炆1小時

9. 將生菜焯大約3分鐘

10. 把生菜舖在底部

12. 並將冬菇,鴨掌和蠔豉上碟,即成

Step:

2. Wash and clean the dried oyster

3. Fried the garlic and ginger slice

4. Add the goosge feet and dried mushroom

5. Put the dried mushroom water for season

6. Close the lid cook about 15 mins

7. Mix the soy sauce, sugar and oyster sauce and stew 1 hour

8. Boiled the Lettuce for 3 mins

9. Put the lettuce on the bottom

10. Put the dried mushroom, goose feet and dried oyster on the top, done

Step:

  1. Ibabad sa tubig ang dried mushroom, duck feet at lettuce

Langkah:

  1. Rendam Jamur, kaki bebek dan Selada
  2. cuci dan bersihkan tiram kering
  3. Goreng irisan bawang putih dan jahe
  4. Tambahkan kaki bebek dan jamur
  5. Masukkan air jamur kering untuk bumbu
  6. tutup tutupnya dan masak sekitar 15 menit
  7. Campur kecap asin, gula dan saus tiram lalu rebus selama 1 jam
  8. Rebus Selada selama 3 menit
  9. Letakkan selada di bagian bawah
  10. Letakkan jamur kering, kaki bebek dan tiram kering di atasnya
