San jan yuk/cornet vegetarian tumis kentang dan wortel

材料: 新餐肉(素午餐肉) 3-4塊
  中型薯仔 1個
  紅蘿蔔 1/2個

Ingredients:

New meal meat (vegetarian luncheon meat) 3-4 pieces

1 medium potato

 

1/2 carrot

Ingredients:

Luncheon meat(Vegan spam) 3-4 slice 

patatas 1 piraso

carrot 1/2 piraso 

Ingredients:

 San jan yuk 3-4 lembar

 1 kentang ukuran sedang

 1/2 wortel

做法:

1. 把薯仔和蘿蔔去皮、洗淨,切粒備用。

2. 把新餐肉切粒,備用。(從雪櫃取出後要立即切開,否則太軟就不能成形)

3. 在煎鍋中放少許油,放新餐肉直至煎香,盛起備用。

4. 中火,把薯仔和蘿蔔粒放入煎鍋中,炒至焦脆,加入新餐肉翻炒至焦脆。

5. 最後以鹽和黑胡椒調味。

Step:

1. Wash potatoes and carrots well, peel and cut into pieces

2. Cut Vegan spam into pieces

(take note! Getting in the refrigerator should be sliced immediately so as not to soften)

3. Grease the pan a little and cook the spam

1. Hugasan mabuti ang patatas at carrots ,balatan at hiwain ng pirapiraso 

2. Hiwain ang Vegan spam ng pirapiraso

(take note ! Pagkakuha sa ref dapat hiwain na kaagad upang hindi lumambot)

3.lagyan ng kaunti mantika ang kawali at iluto ang spam

4.gawin natin medium ang apoy saka ihahalo ang patatas at carrots 

5.last timplahan ng asin at paminta ito

 1. Kupas kentang dan wortel, cuci bersih, dan potong-potong untuk digunakan nanti.

 2. Potong san jan yuk menjadi kotak kotak dan sisihkan.

(San jan yuk harus ditaruh di frezeer dulu agar mudah dipotong)

 3. Masukkan sedikit minyak ke dalam wajan,tumis san jan yuk hingga harum, sisihkan.

 4. Masukkan kentang dan wortel ke dalam wajan dengan api sedang, goreng hingga matang dan renyah, tambahkan san jan yuk dan tumis hingga matang.

 5. Terakhir bumbui dengan garam dan lada hitam.
