臘腸炒菜心


材料:

- 蒜頭 3粒

- 臘腸 2條

- 菜心 半斤

Ingredients:

- 3 pc Garlic

- 2pc Chinese sausage

- Halfcatty Choy Sum

做法:

✦ 臘腸切片

✦ 切掉菜心的老梗

✦ 炒香蒜頭及臘腸、再加入菜心炒熟

✦ 最後加入少許鹽和糖調味

✦ Slice Chinese sausage

✦ Cut the tip of the stem

✦ Add in garlic and Chinese sausage until fragrant

✦ Add in Choy Sum

✦ Add some salt and sugar

✦  Potong sosis Cina (lapjiong)

 

 ✦ Potong ujung lapjiong

 

 ✦ Masukkan bawang putih dan lapjiong sampai harum

 

 ✦ Tambahkan sawi hijau

 

 ✦ Tambahkan sedikit garam dan gula
