材料: 香腸 2條
  煙肉  1-2 片
  大啡菇 半個
  雞蛋 2 隻
  白色面包 1 片
  茄汁焗豆 1/4罐
  小番茄 4-5 粒
  沙律菜(可以用生菜代替) 適量

INGREDIENTS:

2-3 sausages

1-2 slices bacon 

Half a large brown mushroom

2 eggs

1 slice of white bread

1/4 can baked beans in tomato sauce 

4-6 small tomatoes

Salad dishes (you can use lettuce instead)

INGREDIENTS:

2 piraso na sausage

1-2 piraso na bacon

1/2 piraso na portobello mushroom

2 pirao na itlog

1/4 cup na heinz baked beans

4-5 piraso na cherry tomato

sapat lang na salad(lettuce)

1 piraso na slice bread

做法:

1.把蕃茄和大啡菇洗淨,然後切片。

2.以乾平底鑊烤香多士後,斜切成4份(三角形)備用。

3.把茄汁焗豆放進小鍋中,以中火加熱。攪拌煮至微溫後備用。

4.平底鑊放油加熱,用中火煎香腸、煙肉。煎至材料面頭帶焦香,熄火上碟待用。

5.把煙肉放下平底鑊中,不用油炒至水份收乾,待用。

6.放入油加熱,倒入洋菇片翻炒,待變軟後炒至水份收乾。

7.雞蛋打入碗中攪拌,加入鹽調味。放入油加熱後倒入蛋液,炒至凝固。(雞蛋可以隨喜好煮成炒蛋或煎蛋。 )

8.在沙律生菜灑上鹽/黑胡椒調味。

9.把所有材料漂亮地放上碟便可上桌。

8. For the vegetable salad. season it with salt or black pepper

9. Serve all Ingredients properly

STEPS:

1. Hugasan ang cherry tomato at portobello mushroom at hiwain.

2. I-fry ang tinapay sa kawali hanggang maging crispy ang magkabilang sides. Alisin sa kawali at hiwain ito ng triangles. Itabi muna

3. Ilagay ang heinz baked beans sa maliit na pot, medium heat lang, stir mo at keep warm.

4. Mag init ng malaking kawali at lagyan ng 1 kutsara na mantika. Iprito ang sausage hanggang maging golden brown both sides sa medium na apoy. Alisin sa kawali and keep warm

5. Wag na maglagay ng mantika iprito naman ang bacon hanggang maging crispy at itabi mun

6. Magdagdag ng mantika, ilagay ang portobello mushroom, i fry ito hanggang wla ng tubig at malambot na

7. Batilin ang itlog sa bowl. Iinit ang natirang 1 kutsara na mantika sa kawali at iprito ang itlog.( Ang itlog ay pwedeng scrambled egg o sunny side up)

8. Para sa salad na gulay. lagyan ito ng asin o black pepper

9. Ihain na nang maayos ang lahat ng Ingredients

1. Cuci bersih tomat dan jamur besar, tomat diiris setengah.jamur diiris tipis tipis

2. Setelah memanggang roti bakar sampai harum dalam wajan datar yang kering, potong roti secara diagonal menjadi 4 bagian (segitiga).

3. Masukkan kacang panggang dalam saus tomat ke dalam panci kecil dan panaskan dengan api sedang.aduk dan masak hingga hangat kuku, sisihkan.

4. Panaskan minyak dalam wajan datar, dan goreng sosis dengan api sedang sampe harum.

5.goreng daging asap tanpa menambahkan minyak dengan api sedang.Goreng hingga naik ke permukaan dan harum, matikan api.

6. Panaskan minyak, tuangkan irisan jamur, tambahkan sedikit garam, tumis hingga air mengering.

7. Kocok telur dalam mangkuk lalu aduk,tambahkan garam secukupnya.Panaskan minyak dan tuangkan adonan telur dan goreng dengan cepat. (Telur bisa digoreng menjadi telur mata sapi atau digoreng sesuai selera Anda.)

8. Taburi salad selada dengan garam / lada hitam secukupnya.

9.Taruh semua bahan dengan indah di piring dan sajikan.
