做法
- 把雞翼洗淨並抹乾水份。加入醃料,醃1小時或以上。
- 薯仔去皮,切件。
- 準備蠔油䇜汁。
- 使用煎鑊。以中火下油,下香薑片,放入雞翼略煎至兩面金黃。
- 放入薯仔、水(400ml)及蠔油䇜汁,以大火煮至滾,蓋上蓋子。炆煮10-15分鐘。
- 加入生粉水,汁煮煮至汁濃,完成。
Step:

Steps:

2. Balatan ang patatas at hiwain ito.
3. Ihanda ang sauce..Ihalo ang oyster sauce at dark soy sauce.
4. Gumamit ng frying pan,gamit ang middle heat lagyan ng mantika.Ilagay ang luyang na slice..Ilagay ang chicken wings,,prituhin ang magkabilang bahagi hanggang golden brown.
5. Ilagay ang patatas at maglagay ng 400ml na tubig..set sa high heat para pakuluin.takpan ito…Lutuin ng 10-15 minuto.
6. Dagdagan ng corn starch at tubig…ihalo..Finish…
- Cuci sayap ayam dan lap hingga kering. Tambahkan bumbu dan rendam selama 1 jam atau lebih.
- Kupas kentang dan potong-potong.
- Siapkan saus tiram.
- Gunakan wajan. Di atas api sedang, tambahkan 1 sendok makan minyak dan irisan jahe.tumis sampai harum.Tambahkan sayap ayam dan goreng hingga kuning keemasan pada kedua sisinya.
- Tambahkan kentang, air dan saus tiram, rebus dengan api besar hingga mendidih, tutup dengan tutupnya. Rebus selama 10-15 menit.
- Tambahkan air tepung maizena, masak hingga kuahnya kental dan matang dengan sempurna.
