材料:

飯 1大碗 

牛奶 250ml

洋蔥 半個

野菇 4粒

胡蘿蔔 1條

三文魚 1條

芝士 適量

Milk 250ml

Onion half pc

Mushroom 4pcs

Carrot 1 pc

Salmon 1pc

Cheese appropriate amount

Bigas - isang malaking mangkok

Gatas 250ml

Sibuyas kalahating piraso

Mushroom - 4 na piraso

Carrot - 1  piraso

Salmon - 1  piraso

Keso - tamang dami

 Nasi semangkuk besar

 Susu 250ml

 Bawang bombay setengah buah

 jamur 4 buah

 Wortel 1 buah

 Salmon 1 buah

 Keju secukupnya

1.把三文魚條切成粒狀

2.先把磨菇蒂頭摘掉,然後切成片狀

3.把胡蘿蔔去皮後切成粒狀

4.洋蔥半個同樣切成粒狀

5.把三文魚、磨菇、胡蘿蔔、洋蔥一起翻炒

6.加入熟飯和牛奶,然後焗一會

7.把三文魚煎熟

8.最後把芝士和三文魚加至鍋中

6. ilagay ang nalutong kanin at gatas, at ibake saglit

7. Iprito ang salmon

8. Sa wakas, idagdag ang cheese at salmon sa pot

 1. Potong potongan salmon menjadi beberapa bagian

 2. Lepas batang jamur terlebih dahulu, lalu potong-potong

 3. Kupas wortel dan potong-potong

 4. Setengah bawang bombay juga dipotong-potong

 5. Tumis salmon, jamur, wortel, dan bawang bombay bersama-sama

 6. Tambahkan nasi dan susu yang sudah dimasak, lalu panggang sebentar

 7. Goreng salmonnya

 8. Terakhir tambahkan keju dan salmon ke dalam panci
