步驟:
1. 煮好米飯,備用。
2.用牛肉醃料醃牛肉,大約15分鐘。

4. 把糖、生抽、蠔油拌勻成特別醬汁,備用。
5. 倒少量食油。以細火炒香洋蔥,加入少許特別醬汁炒大約5-10分鐘,令洋蔥成半透明、變軟狀況。
6. 加入肥牛肉煮熟,加入剩餘的特別醬汁炒。可試試牛汁味道,可按個人喜好調教!
7. 把牛肉鋪上煮好的米飯,完成。

2. Kupas bawang bombay dan potong-potong.
3. Campur gula pasir, kecap asin, saus tiram,air,aduk rata, sisihkan.
4. Tuangi sedikit minyak goreng. Tumis bawang bombay dengan api kecil, tambahkan sedikit saus spesial dan goreng selama kurang lebih 5-10 menit agar bawang bombay bening dan lembut.
5. Tambahkan lemak daging sapi sampai matang,dan tambahkan sisa saus spesial dan tumis kembali
6. Oleskan daging sapi di atas nasi dan siap dihidangkan
