材料: 三黃雞  1隻
  鹽焗雞粉 2湯匙 (30g)
  1個
  適量
  米酒 適量
  適量

Salt Baked Chicken Noodle 30g

1 ginger

Green onions

Rice wine

Amount of oil

INGREDIENTS:
1 piraso yellow hair chicken
2tbsp (30g) spicy bake mix
1 piraso luya
konting spring onions
konting rice wine
konting mantika

bahan:

Ayam kuning 1 ekor

Bubuk ayam panggang garam 2 sendok

Irisan jahe secukupnya

Daun Bawang secukupnya

Arak beras/arak tradisional china secukupnya

minyak secukupnya

步驟:

1. 生雞去清內臟後,洗淨。切去頭部、雞爪、尾部。

2. 仔細洗葱,切薑成片。

3. 用少量油和米酒把鹽焗雞粉調成糊狀。然後把生雞內外抹勻,把薑片和葱放入生雞內,醃製大約一小時。

4. 用少量油抹勻電飯煲內膽,防止雞粘鍋。

5. 在煲底舖上薑片、葱段後放入生雞。

2. Place the ginger slices.

3. Mix the salt-roasted chicken powder into a paste with a little oil and rice wine. Then spread the raw chicken evenly on the inside and outside, put enough ginger and spring onions into the raw chicken and leave it for about an hour.

4. Grease the inner pot of the rice cooker with a little oil to prevent the chicken from sticking to the pan.

5. Place the sliced ginger and scallions in the bottom of the pot and add the raw chicken

6. Press the rice cooker cooking mode. Once cooked, cool then cut into pieces put on a plate and serve

STEPS:

  1. Hugasan ang buong manok alisin ang mga dumi. I drain. I cut ang leeg, paa at wings.
  2. Hugasan ang green onions. Hiwain ang luya at.
  3. Paghaluin ang mantika, rice wine at spicy bake mix..Ipahid ang marinade sa manok. Ilagay ang luya at green onion sa loob ng manok, imarinate ito ng isang oras.
  4. Pahiran ng mantika nag loob ng pot. Para hinde dumikit ang manok sa loob ng pot.
  5. Ilagay ang luya at green onions sa ilalim tapos ilagay ang manok.
  6. Magluto na ng kanin..Pagtapos na hiwain ang manok per pieces…

minyak secukupnya

1. Cuci bersih ayam yang sudah dikeluarkan organ dalamnya.(kalau rice cookernya terlalu kecil bisa di potong bagian kaki,leher,dan pantat ayam)

2.Letakkan irisan jahe.

2. Campur bubuk ayam panggang garam menjadi pasta dengan sedikit minyak dan arak beras. Kemudian olesi ayam mentah secara merata di bagian dalam dan luar, masukkan jahe dan daun bawang secukupnya ke dalam ayam mentah dan biarkan selama kurang lebih satu jam.

 3. Olesi panci bagian dalam rice cooker dengan sedikit minyak agar ayam tidak lengket di panci.

 4. Letakkan irisan jahe dan daun bawang di dasar panci dan masukkan ayam mentahnya

5. Tekan mode memasak penanak nasi.  Setelah matang, dinginkan lalu potong-potong taruh diatas piring dan sajikan
