蒸水蛋


材料:

- 雞蛋 5隻

- 室溫涼水 大約375g (實際請再計算比例) 

- 鹽 適量

- 豉油 適量

Ingredients: 

 - 5pc Eggs (ard 250g)

 - Ard 375g water (please calculate the actual ratio)

 - Some salt 

- Some soy sauce

Ingredients: 

 - 5pcs Itlog (ard 250g)

 - Ard 375g water (please calculate the actual ratio)

 - Konting asin

- Konting toyo

 Bahan-bahan:

  - 5 butir Telur (250g)

  - 375g air (harap hitung perbandingannya)

  - Sedikit garam

 -  kecap asin secukupnya

做法: 

✦ 打發雞蛋後加入鹽調味

✦ 蛋液加入水攪均(蛋水比例為1 : 1.5)

✦ 倒入蒸蛋容器後,撇走泡沫

✦ 蓋好保鮮紙

✦ 先大火煲滾水,轉細火蒸6分鐘

✦ 熄火後燜4分鐘,淋上豉油便完成~

Steps: 

✦ Beat the eggs with salt

✦ Mix with water (the perfect ratio of egg and water is 1:1.5)

✦ Pour in the eggs mixture and skim off the foam

✦ Cover with plastic wrap

✦ After boiling water, steam the egg at low heat for 6mins

✦ Turn of the heat and stew for 4 minutes

✦ Pour some soy sauce and enjoy~

Steps: 

✦ Batihin ang itlog at lagyan ng asin.

✦ Ihalo ang tubig  (the perfect ratio of egg and water is 1:1.5)

✦ I-Pour ang mixture ng itlog at tanggalin ang foam

✦ Takpan ng plastic wrap

✦ Pagktapos pakuluin ang tubig, i-steam ang itlog sa mahinang apoy sa looob ng  6 minuto.

✦ Patayin ang apoy at i-stew for 4 minuto

✦ Ilagay ang toyo at Enjoy!~

 Langkah:

 ✦ Kocok telur dengan garam

 ✦ Campur dengan air (perbandingan telur dan air yang benar adalah 1:1,5)

 ✦ Tuang campuran telur dan buang buihnya

 ✦ Tutup rapat dengan plastik pembungkus

 ✦ Setelah air mendidih, kukus telur dengan api sedang selama 6 menit

 ✦ Matikan api dan biarkan selama 4 menit

 ✦ Tuangkan kecap asin dan nikmati~
