做法: 
✦ 打發雞蛋後加入鹽調味
✦ 蛋液加入水攪均(蛋水比例為1 : 1.5)
✦ 倒入蒸蛋容器後,撇走泡沫
✦ 蓋好保鮮紙
✦ 先大火煲滾水,轉細火蒸6分鐘
✦ 熄火後燜4分鐘,淋上豉油便完成~

✦ Ihalo ang tubig  (the perfect ratio of egg and water is 1:1.5)
✦ I-Pour ang mixture ng itlog at tanggalin ang foam
✦ Takpan ng plastic wrap
✦ Pagktapos pakuluin ang tubig, i-steam ang itlog sa mahinang apoy sa looob ng  6 minuto.
✦ Patayin ang apoy at i-stew for 4 minuto
✦ Ilagay ang toyo at Enjoy!~
 Langkah:
