韓式麻藥雞蛋 

材料:

- 室溫雞蛋 4隻

- 白芝麻 10g

- 蒜頭 10g

- 辣椒 1/2條

- 蔥 15g

- 豉油 100g

- 麻油 10g

- 水 100ml

- 砂糖 40g

- 玉米糖漿 30g(可以麥芽糖 30g / 砂糖 15g 取替)

- 冰水 1大碗

Ingredients:

- 4 room temperature eggs

- 10g white sesame seeds

- 10g garlic

- 1/2 chili

- 15g scallions

- 100g soy sauce

- 10g sesame oil

- 100ml water

- 40g sugar

- 30g corn syrup

Mga sangkap:

做法:

✦ 白芝麻細火乾炒烘至微黃色盛起放涼備用

✦ 豉油、水、砂糖、玉米糖漿及蔥白煮至糖融化

✦ 熄火後加入麻油、蔥、蒜及辣椒,放涼備用

✦ 輕輕敲裂雞蛋底部,煮滾水後加入雞蛋煮5-6分鐘

✦ 雞蛋浸冰水備用

✦ 剝掉雞蛋殻,加入醬汁浸泡一天至入味即可

Steps:
