做法:
1. 先把糯米, 蝦米, 冬菇浸軟
2. 把冬菇、臘腸、臘肉,蝦米切粒備用
3. 先將臘腸、臘肉汆水約30秒
4. 燒熱油鑊,下蝦米、冬菇粒、臘腸粒、臘肉粒炒香備用
5. 下糯米,分幾次下水炒至半熟
6. 加入冬菇、臘腸、臘肉,蝦米粒
7. 最後加入生抽、老抽、蠔油混合,炒至熟透

- Ibabad ang glutinous rice, dried shrimp at mushroom
- Hiwain nang per piraso ang mushroom, chinese sausage, dried meat at dried shrimp
- Ibabad ang chinese sausage at dried meat nang 30 segundo
- Iprito ang mushroom, chinese sausage ,dried meat at dried shrimp
- Iprito ang glutinous rice
- Ilagay ang mushroom, chinese sausage, dried meat at dried shrimp
- Lagyan ng light soy sauce ,dark soy sauce at oyster sauce
laju:
1. Rendam beras ketan, udang kering, jamur( jamur sebelum di rendam cuci bersih dulu)
2. Rendaman air jamur jangan di buang karena berguna untuk memasak ketan)
potong jamur, sosis cina(lapjiong), daging kering cina (lapyuk) dan udang kering iris kecil kecil
3. Rendam sosis Cina(lapjiong) dan daging kering cina(lapyuk) sekitar 30 detik
4. Goreng jamur, sosis cina(lapjion), daging kering(lapyuk) dan udang kering, sampai keluar bau harum kemudian masukan dalam mangkok
5. Goreng nasi ketan dengan sesekali tambahkan redaman air jamur secara bertahap(jangan tuangkan air dalam jumlah banyak sekali tuang)
6. Tambahkan jamur, sosis cina(lapjiong), daging kering(lapyuk) dan udang kering
7. Bumbui dengan kecap asin(siyao), kecap asin(lojao), dan saus tiram hingga matang terakhir masukkan irisan daun brambang aduk merata
