Korean Stir Fry Vermicelli
Tumis Bihun Korea

材料: 韓式粉絲  1 包
  牛肉(切條)  80 克
  三色椒(每個)  5 克
  紅蘿蔔(切絲)  5 克
  菠菜(灼熟)  20 克
  芝麻  少許
  洋蔥  適量
  韓國豉油 4 茶匙
  砂糖  2 茶匙
  幼鹽  1 茶匙
  麻油 1 茶匙  

Ingradient:

Korean vermicelli 200 g

 Beef 120 g

Carrot 5g

Bell pepper each 5g

Spinach 20g 

Sesame little

Onion appropriate

Korean soy sauce

Sugar 2 teaspoon

Salt 1 teaspoon

Sesame oil1 teaspoon

Sangkap:
200 gramo korean vermicelli
120 gramo Beef
5 gramo carrots
5 gramo bell pepper
20 gramo spinach
konting sesame
Sibuyas
korean soy sauce
2 kutsaritang asukal
1 kutsaritang asin
1 kutsaritang sesame oil

Bahan:

 

Bihun Korea 200 gr

Daging sapi 120 gram

wortel 5g

Paprika masing-masing 5g

Bayam 20g

sedikit wijen

Bawang bombay

kecap korea

Gula 2 sendok teh

Garam 1 sendok teh

Minyak wijen 1 sendok teh

步驟:

1.將灼熟菠菜,備用

2. 粉絲預先烚好,備用

3. 將牛肉、洋蔥、黃椒、青椒、紅椒、紅蘿蔔切絲

4. 牛肉加入糖、豉油拌勻

5. 將牛肉下鍋,以小火炒熟,加少許麻油,盛起備用

6. 燒熱鍋加少許油,以中火將洋蔥黃椒、青椒、紅椒炒香,加少許鹽調味,

7.倒入粉絲略炒,用筷子將粉絲弄致鬆散。加入糖及豉油

8. 熄火,最後加入菠菜和芝麻

Step:

1. Boil the spinach, set aside

2. Boil the korean vermicelli, set aside

3. Slice the beef, onion, bell pepper and carrot

4. Mix the soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil with beef

5. Heat the pan and add some oil. Stir-fry beef over low heat, set aside.

6. Stir-fry all the bell pepper, carrot and onion. Season with salt

7. Add Korean vermicelli and loose it,  mix sugar and soy sauce

8. Finally stir fry with the beef

9. Turn off the heat, add the spinach

Step:

  1. pakuluan ang spinach, at itabi muna.
  2. pakuluan ang korean vermicelli, itabi din.

3 . hiwain ang beef, sibuyas , bell pepper at carrot

  1. Paghaluin ang mga soy sauce, asukal at sesame oil sa beef…
  2. Painitin ang kawali at lagyan ng konting mantika. Stir-fry ang beef sa mahinang apoy..at itabi muna
  3. Stir-fry lahat ang bell pepper,carrot at sibuyas..lagyan ng asin pampalasa.
  4. Ilagay ang korean vermicelli, imix ang asukal at soy sauce.
  5. pang huli ay stir fry kasama ang beef.
  6. I off ang apoy at ilagay ang spinach.

Langkah:

  1. rebus bayam, sisihkan
  2. rebus bihun korea, sisihkan
  3. iris daging sapi, bawang bombay, paprika dan wortel
  4. Campur kecap, gula dan minyak wijen dengan daging sapi
  5. Panaskan wajan dan beri sedikit minyak. Tumis daging sapi dengan api kecil, sisihkan.
  6. Tumis semua paprika, wortel dan bawang bombay. Bumbui dengan garam
  7. Tambahkan bihun Korea dan uraikan, campur gula dan kecap
  8. Terakhir tumis bersama dengan daging sapi
  9. Matikan api, masukkan bayam
